Ordering Info

Please include as much detail as possible when placing an order such as concepts, color (s), accent color (silver, red, gold, etc.), style and exact wording.  Slight modifications to the details are only allowed within 7 days of purchase.  If you have a color swatch, inspiration (s), specific characters, etc., please upload it or send it via email with your order number to admin@pumpkinpatchcreations.com.

 Once the design phase has begun, no information from the order can be changed. No exception! We will design using all the details provided and will submit proof (s) for your review and approval to the email used on your order.

 Please triple check the email address used to your place order as that will be the only email we will use to communicate.  Please make sure it’s a valid email.  Please review the Turnaround Time, Proofs & Revisions Policy below.

 Photo Submission

If you design requires a photo or business logo, you can upload it to your order or you can email the high-quality JPEG or PDF to admin@pumpkinpatchcreations.com with your order number.  If your order number is not included in your email, we will be unable to locate it.

If you are submitting a business logo, please send a high-resolution PNG file.  The file will have no background.

Please do not crop or edit your photos before sending.  The following photos are NOT accepted: cropped, photo of a photo, filtered, saved photo from social media, or screenshots.  Pumpkin Patch Creations will not be held responsible for poor quality and low-resolution images submissions.

Please keep in mind that these items are custom-made, requiring 2 weeks due to the volume of orders in our design queue.

 We strive to accommodate your selected date according to our workload. We strongly recommend selecting a date that is at least 3-4 weeks away.

 We know that importance of planning an event, please order/plan well in advance.  DO NOT select a date that is your Event Date.

In addition, once the order is shipped, it takes up to 5 business days within the US depending on your location.

 Orders needed less than the standard processing time, a rush fee is required and will need to be added to the order. Please do not select a due date and add an earlier date in the notes.  For more information about our rush fees, please click here

 Pumpkin Patch Creations will not be held responsible in production/shipping due to approval delays.  The customer will be responsible for any expedited shipping due to approval delays.

For Digital orders only, no physical items will be shipped to you.  All digital files will be delivered via email ONLY to the email address associated with the order.

 You are responsible for printing your own material.

Digital Files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY! Cannot be resold, shared or given away.
