Shipping policy

The shipping address cannot be changed once order is placed.

Please triple check the shipping address before completing your order.  We will ONLY ship to the address shown on the order.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered.

All item (s) are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS Priority (up to 5 business days depending on location). Expedited shipping is available.

Pumpkin Patch Creations will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, damaged packages, or weather delays. Refunds will not be issued.

We do offer Rush Services if you need your order sooner than the 2-week turnaround time.
